Registration
You need to register to attend the Astronomers' Days 2014. The number of participants is limited, so please make sure to register as soon as possible. The deadline for registration is 21st April 2014. The participation fee 140€ (member) / 160 € (non-member). If you want to join FAS right now, you can do so via the registration form. The participation fee includes lunches, coffees, a lake cruise with light dinner on Monday and conference dinner on Tuesday. The participation fee will be invoiced in advance, but the accommodation (see above) will be paid directly to the hotel at the meeting.
Special note for students: Students will only pay half of the member participation fee. In addition, graduate students may apply for funding to cover their accommodation. If you wish to do so, be sure to state this in your registration form.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations before 24.4. will be fully refunded (or the participation fee will not be charged), for cancellations before 5.5. 50% of the participation fee will be refunded, and for cancellations after 5.5. no refunds will be possible.
Note: Keep in mind that the conference begins at approximately at 10 am on Monday 26th. It might be convenient to book a room from Sunday onwards.
